  • As a small business, we appreciate your business and want to ensure you understand our sales policy. Due to our small business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns.

We stand by our products/services and will address any legitimate issues as follows:

Exceptions (Limited):

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at aheartforsuccess@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, not a cash refund. 
  • Service Incomplete: For services or orders isn't delivered as promised, we may offer a partial credit or resolution.

Any item or product shipped back without notice will not be eligible for refund or consideration of partial credit.
